Saudi Arabia Urges Global Action to Halt Israeli Violations Against Palestinians

Saudi Arabia has called on the international community, particularly members of the UN Security Council, to take urgent measures to stop Israeli violations against the Palestinian people and their occupied land. The call came during a Cabinet session chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

The Council strongly condemned recent statements from the Israeli leadership promoting the so-called “Greater Israel Vision,” rejecting all settlement and expansionist plans. It reaffirmed the historical and legal right of Palestinians to establish an independent, sovereign state in line with international law.

The Cabinet also denounced Israel’s approval of new settlement construction around occupied Jerusalem, stressing that such actions undermine peace efforts and violate Palestinian rights.

Saudi Arabia reiterated its firm support for diplomatic initiatives aimed at achieving a just and lasting resolution to the Palestinian issue, while urging the international community to step up efforts to hold Israel accountable for its actions.
